Day 1

Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Swissport private assistance to fast-track to a bus for vehicle transfer. Transfer to Hemingways Hotel. Welcome dinner and a brief orientation of the hotel.

Day 2

Full day conferencing with morning and afternoon tea breaks, lunch and unlimited bottled water.

Day 4

After early breakfast, road transfer to Nairobi’s smaller Wilson Airport. 08h15 Flight landing at 09h00. Flight to Amboseli National Park, with the iconic Mt Kilimanjaro in the distance. Afternoon safari drive and dinner.

Day 5

A full day of game drives, split by lunch and rest time in between in the beautiful Amboseli National Park. All meals included.

Day 6

Today we plan to have a full day at leisure, for the group to relax, perhaps do some shopping. In the evening we will enjoy dinner in two phases. The first will be on the famous Kubu viewing deck, overlooking the Zambezi river, and the plume of cloud of the falls in the background. An elegant champagne, and light snack menus will be served, before we will be escorted up into the stunning lawns venue with fairy lights in the trees and paraffin lamps, under huge mahogany trees.

The gala dinner evening will be an elegant affair, with lovely 3 course meal. If there is rain, we will use an elegant Zebra banquet hall, with lovely décor, and a banqueting set up will be provided. After this we will transfer to the Johannesburg international airport ( 30 minutes away) for your evening flight back to Israel.

PLEASE NOTE:

If the group takes scheduled flight, then there is no final game drive, but a 09h05 flight back to Nairobi.

If the group takes a private charter, it still gives the group time to do a final game drive, before flying out.

You will transfer back to Amboseli airstrip and fly back to Nairobi Wilson Airport, and then do a short road transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

If time allows on your final day, we will gladly add in a farewell lunch at a tranquil location outside Nairobi city limits for USD 50 per person extra.
